Working with litigation teams to advocate for clients in either asserting patent rights or defending against patent lawsuits. Gathering evidence toward the goal of invalidating patents, and in drafting detailed invalidity contentions. Participate in the claim construction process, including analyzing patent file histories, formulating definitions for claim terms, and drafting arguments for claim construction briefs. Work with technical experts in providing a bridge between technical and legal concepts.
